  • $760 total ($385 sessions + $375 eval) pay in full, save $20 on sessions (5% off)

POLICIES

  • Evaluation ($375) is due at booking and is non-refundable. It is not included in the payment plan.

  • Session packages are available by package only — individual one-off sessions are not offered.

  • Pay-in-full discount (5%) applies to sessions only, not the evaluation.

  • Payment plan: first installment due before sessions begin. Remaining installments billed on the 1st of each month.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

  • Make-ups available for 24+ hour cancellations, clinician-cancelled sessions, and emergencies at clinician discretion.

45-Minute BCBA Call — $135

A specific question or situation. Direct BCBA guidance without a package commitment.

  • One-time

  • Virtual or by phone

  • No evaluation required

SOCIAL GROUPS

All Groups [Pre-K/TK, Kids, Teens] — $50 / session

A5 tiers by age and readiness. In-person, Manteca.

  • Billed weekly, due at time of group

  • Trial session $50

  • No refunds or make-ups

  • Late cancel / no-show under 24 hrs = full fee

Burgos Behavior is a private pay practice. We do not bill commercial insurance for parent and family services.
