Meet Chelsea Silveira Burgos
Owner BCBA
Chelsea has her master’s degree in education, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and is a Certified Trauma Professional.
Born and raised in Manteca, Chelsea is dedicated to bringing her community the necessary resources and support. She focuses on person-centered care, built on empathy and respect. Chelsea’s goal is to support others in getting closer to what matters to them.
Her extensive background and knowledge in behavior analysis, special education, autism intervention, regional center services, and parent coaching make her an excellent resource and advocate for the neurodivergent community.
Meet Ashley Rotolo
BCBA
Ashley has a Masters degree in ABA and became a BCBA in 2019. She has been in the ABA and I/DD field since 2013, working in schools, home, clinics and community settings. She has worked with all ages, ranging from toddlers to adults, and has provided effective treatment to address skills deficits, and mild-severe challenging behaviors.
Ashley is very animated and hilarious. Her personality makes working with children easy and so much fun! She has always had a passion for caregiver training. Helping a discouraged, scared or overwhelmed caregiver gain confidence in teaching skills and decreasing challenging behaviors is incredibly special.
Meet Niketa Swaney
BCBA
Niketa, or “Kida,” has her Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a certified Advanced Physical Skills CPI instructor, and is actively working towards getting her Certified Behavior Sexologist (CBS) credential.
Kida started working in the school (mild/mod special education) setting in 2017 and later joined the ABA field as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2018. She quickly fell in love with the field and the clients, and decided to pursue her Masters and BCBA. While working with the Autism population, she realized she had a lot in common with the kids and sought out an assessment for herself. Kida was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Level 1) as an adult in her early 20’s, and due to her own experiences is able to provide a unique perspective to the team.
Kida also works with a local school district and has experience working with clients of various ages (anywhere from preschool age to the adult program ages), and with varying degrees of behavior. She runs our social skills groups, regularly conducts CPI trainings for school sites, and is very passionate about training staff to ensure that all students and clients get the best possible care and services.
Her extensive knowledge in crisis intervention, her personal experience with Autism, and her passion for social skills groups and staff training make her an excellent mentor and resource to have!
