What We’ll Need to Get Started
To ensure we're ready from day one, we'll need a few key documents:
The most recent IPP and quarterly reports with current behavior targets.
Participant attendance schedules.
Your program’s daily operational hours.
This helps us align all participant records in our system before our first session, ensuring a smooth start.
What Our Monthly Services Look Like
Our support model is designed for comprehensive care and compliance:
30 minutes/month of direct engagement (on-site or virtual) per participant.
15–30 minutes/week per participant for documentation, data review, and recommendations.
Quarterly and annual reports delivered ahead of deadlines.
Continuous digital data review via Motivity, our required data collection platform.
For a program with 30 participants, 2 hours per participant per month equates to approximately 60 hours of consultation each month. If a participant is absent, we'll shift to indirect work to maintain compliance.

Asynchronous 40-hour RBT course: A simple, $50 online option that's easy to roll out to your entire team.
Booster sessions and tailored training: We provide these to reinforce learning and address your program's specific needs.

Our services are designed to be adaptable to your preferences:
Customizable communication: We'll update you monthly via email or attend IPP meetings, depending on your preference.
Monthly invoices: Sent during the first week.
Electronic payments: Available via card or bank transfer.

Our services are billed at two hours per participant per month, pro-rated as needed.
